Victoria’s Secret has added a new angel to its already dreaming collection: Doutzen Kroes. The 23-year-old model comes from the Netherlands, and started her career on the catwalks after sending her photo to an agency, reports People.com. Now, her first big chance has arrived with Victoria’s Secret campaign “Supermodel Obsessions” that launches today in New York City.

Actress Tea Leoni has cancelled her expected appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival, a few days after her husband David Duchovny confesses he’s a sex addict. The 42-year-old actress was supposed to attend the annual event for the screening of her new film Ghost Town. Last week, Californication star David himself checked into a rehabilitation center to work out a sex addition. He said, “I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.”

If he really cared about me and my life, then he would learn to respect my wishes by staying out of it.”

Following Hollywood’s baby craze, Charlie Sheen has announced his new wife, Brooke Mueller, is expecting their first child together. The actor already has two daughters from his marriage with Denise Richards, and a third child from a previous relationship. “Brooke and I are thrilled! She’s the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for. “Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she’ll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us,” Sheen said recently. The actor and the real-state investor tied the knot at the end of May.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel gave birth to the sure-to-be gorgeous Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur and told the media, “To all of our family and friends, we are pleased to announce that our little princess Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur was born on Sunday Aug 24 at 7:32 p.m. She is 6.3 lbs. and absolutely perfect.” The Brazilian babe has been dating the father of their firt child, Jamie Mazur, for three years. Ambrosio gushed, “She hasn’t cried once except for a second when they pulled her out. We have now felt a new kind of love and joy that we never knew existed.”

Four German Beijing-competitors have bare it all for the latest edition of Playboy magazine. Sailor Petra Niemann, hockey player Katharina Scholz, judo competitor Romy Tarangul and canoeist Nicole Reinhard stripped down for the adult publication. And even though many of them were criticized for posing naked (maybe some envious and ugly competitor), they defend their decision. Scholz says, “For me it was a good opportunity, and maybe when I look back after a few years I will be proud of it.” “Not everybody can go on the cover of Playboy. Ricky Martin has become father of twin boys via surrogate mother. The Latin superstar’s rep released a public statement saying the boys were carried by an unnamed surrogate mother few weeks ago. “The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky’s full-time care,” said Martin’s spokesperson. “Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parents and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children.” he added. No further details have been revealed yet and the mother’s name or the babies’ names keep under wraps.

Well, I can imagine Ricky is happily shaking bon-bon with the arrival of not one but two bundles of joy. A new stage begins for the hot daddy and ‘la vida loca’ will be aside for a while. At least until babies grow up.

America Ferrera looked everything but ugly at the 2008 ALMA awards on Sunday evening (August 17).
