Latin superstars song to help poor kids
A bunch of Latin artists including Shakira, Ricky Martin, Paulina Rubio and Alejandro Sanz performed this weekend simultaneously in Buenos Aires and Mexico City to raise funds for poor children. The ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ hitmaker was one of the heads of the event – The Concert For The Children - that collected money for the Fundacion ALAS (Latin America in Solidarity Action), and earlier got 200m dollars in donations from Mexican and US moguls Carlos Slim and Howard Buffett.
We hope more artists could follow this kind of drives… instead of designing fashion clothes for pets.
