Paris Hilton finally owns up to her jailhouse promise to help the needy…kind of. The Hollywood party girl is currently in South Africa with boyfriend Benji Madden who will be concert in, Johannesburg with his group, Good Charlotte.While in Johannesburg, Paris made sure that she was snapped while visiting an orphanage.
