Nicole Kidman Cast As Dusty Springfield

Nicole Kidman is set to play British songstress Dusty Springfield in a new biopic. Kidman is working in collaboration with author Michael Cunningham. The film will cover Dusty’s career, her battle with drugs and alcohol as well as her bisexual affairs. I don’t think that the former Mrs. Tom Cruise has what it takes to pull off a role like this, besides that, Nicole hasn’t had a must see film in a while and chances are this won’t be it.
