Miley Cyrus has reached a place as one of the Most Beautiful people of 2008. The teen sensation, who has been in the spotlight for her over-commented sexy photo shoot, appeared among the cutest stars on People magazine’s 2008 list. The Hannah Montana star was featured with a full makeover for her photo shoot, while others celebs preferred no make up at all. “When I had dark hair, I was going through a hard time,” admits Cyrus. “I wanted to experiment. I was fighting with the person who liked my highlights so I said, ‘Darn it, I’m going to be a pasty little black-haired freak and I don’t care what you have to say about it!’ I was just trying to find who I am,” the 15-year-old revealed to the magazine.
Congrats Miley! It‘s good to hear something good of you, after a run of disappointments.
