Joel and Nicole were spied house-hunting in Beverly Hills earlier this week. The couple toured a $1.6 million Beverly Hills house, described as a Cape Cod mini-estate. The three bedrooms, two bath home boast a Jacuzzi tub, pool and a kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art Viking and Sub-Zero appliances.
