A renewed Colin delights beachgoers
Colin Farrell showed off her new looks on the Californian beaches. The 32-year-old actor lost the pounds his gained for hard drinking and past bad habits that led him one stint in rehab in 2005. A renewed Colin has undergone a dramatic weight loss programme for his forthcoming role in Triage, in which he performs a photojournalist covering the war in Bosnia, reports UK paper the Telegraph. Talking about his new appearance, Farrell commented, “I lost weight because my role demanded it. It was all very healthy.” “Having my son, as well, was the primary reason. I just wanted to be there for him. I wanted to be clear, be around him, and remember being with him,” he added. Filming started in April and movie is scheduled for a 2009 release.
