Cameron Diaz Looses Dad To Pneumonia

Cameron Diaz’s father, Emilio Diaz, passed away due to complications from pneumonia—he was only 58. Emilio was a second generation Cuban-American who worked for an oil company.

It’s a big reality check when an otherwise healthy person dies from something like this.

Cameron released the following statement:“My mom, sister and I are deeply appreciative of the overwhelming outpouring of love and support during this difficult time for us and all of our family. My dad was loved by so many people and his humor and spirit will always live on in our hearts.”Our condolences go out to Cameron and the Diaz family.
